Birell needed to reach consumers in informal, non-retail spaces with a product that depends on context (heat, sport, refreshment). Core challenges: – Engaging consumers during live sports and outdoor events – Keeping activation staff brand-aligned and highly energetic – Capturing feedback and reactions without interrupting the flow We provided energetic promo teams trained in sport-minded engagement and coordinated sampling stations across several open-air locations.
